I obtained associate status with the Real Estate Institute and opened my own Real Estate office, North Harbour Real Estate Ltd MREINZ, in Milford on the North Shore in 1987. In 2004 our company became a specialist rental and property management company. In 2007 The company name was changed to Rentex Ltd. My wife and I, through our family trust, have been collecting rental investments since 1980 and we now own shops, offices, a small warehouse and residential properties. I am dedicated to the long term ownership and management of rental property.
