I/We own the following property and hereby authorize Rentex Ltd;

a) To advertise my property on http://www.rentexnz.co.nz for free.
b) To promote my property and interview prospective tenants.
c) To use its best endeavours to assist me select a suitable tenant.
d) To assist me complete a Tenancy Agreement.
e) To assist me in the collection of a suitable bond and complete the appropriate documentation.

I/We understand that Rentex Ltd shall not be personally liable for any loss, default in payment of rent or any damage caused to my/our rental property, vacant or occupied, by any tenant or otherwise, whether or not a tenancy is arranged by it. I/We also understand that Rentex Ltd may charge the tenant a fee for arranging a tenancy.

I/We, if not the sole owner of the property, warrant and represent that I/We have the authority of all the owners to make this appointment.
